We are delighted to announce our client and partners St Andrews Healthcare have won the Rolls Royce Large Employer at this year’s National Training awards. Congratulations to Clare, Holly and the team. The judges comments included "it’s a revelation, enlightening and thought provoking" showing Courageous Conversations and managing performance transforms organisational performance. Successes included 27% growth, reduced sickness & staff turnover and 3 new hospitals.
